Commercial efficiency

Commercial efficiency is determined by the ratio of costs and benefits that provide the required rate of return. Commercial efficiency can be calculated both for the project as a whole and for its individual participants.

The enlarged algorithm for assessing commercial efficiency includes the following procedures:

calculation of the flow and balance of real money for all types of activities (investment, production, and financial in each period of the project; determination of the acceptability of the project depending on the size of the balance of accumulated real money; calculation of integral performance indicators for each variant of the investment project; comparative analysis of performance indicators and selection of the best option according to the specified criteria.
